    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

In Portugal there are still many stray dogs, who are abandoned by people and un-nuteured which makes even more puppies abandoned and in risk of being run over or die from diseases.

The authorities do not care enough for our stray dogs and the council pounds are to put them to sleep instead of getting them healthy to go to adoption.

People who can't stay indifferent end up helping them and paying for all the costs which is really difficult because the private vets do not help with stray dogs.

So I'm here trying to raise some money to help some of the people in Portugal with such kind and big hearts who can't turn their backs for the animals.

Hi, my name is Cátia, I'm vegan, I love all kind of animals. And I fight for the animal rights. The situation in Portugal is out of control and living in another country makes things difficult for me to help the stray dogs, that's why I need your help.
