For the next 12 weeks i will be consuming nothing but soups and shakes ( A maximum of 800 Calories) along side this i wont be drinking Alcohol, milk, juice, pretty much anything that contains sugar. The reason i am doing this is I've been recently diagnosed diabetic type 2 and this diet is designed to bring me back into remission and keep me healthly.

I am 2 weeks into this diet and I have to admit this is probably the hardest thing I will ever do. Therfore, to help with motivation. I thought why not try and raise money towards a worthy cause? therefore please see below where the money will be donated to. TIA

My dear friends daughter Giorgia Almira Green (14 years old) went to her room on 11th May 2022. When Mum went upstairs to to let Giorgia know it was time for them to go to her drumming lesson, Giorgia was found non responsive.

Giorgia had sprayed too much aerosol deodorant. Due to her ASD & sensory seeking behaviour Giorgia liked to spray her blanket and wrap herself in the blanket. She liked the smell of the deodorant and it made her feel relaxed and calm.

No illness, no sickness, no warning. A perfectly healthy fit child who has never been seriously ill.

Giorgia's passing has come as a total shock and totally out of the blue.

Please help them spread the word that toxic/poisonous chemicals and gases in aerosol cans CAN KILL!
