Unfortunately a week later Seb still remains in hospital to continue his treatment.

It’s also taking time to understand the complex support needs Seb will require to recover at home, which hopefully the money raised here will in part go toward.

Story

I'm hoping to raise at least £10,000 in an urgent effort to help support the day to day living needs of an incredibly deserving young man.

As a child Seb suffered a brain injury which has left him partially paralysed. This, however has not stopped him from following his passion of playing football. It has led to him playing cerebral palsy football and he is at the top of his game, playing for Chelsea FC Foundation in the National CP League.

Watching any of the players from any of the National CP League teams or any para sport is truly inspiring.

Chelsea were crowned league Champions only yesterday afternoon (15/03) but in the second fixture of the day Seb was on the receiving end of a tackle which left him with a complex fracture to his leg requiring surgery.

Due to his disability Seb’s life is tough enough, he is also currently living alone which will be challenging with the added complication of his recent injury.

By far the biggest issue he now faces is that he is self employed and he will not be able to work for the duration of his recovery which could be up to six months. So we need to help him.

We teally need Seb to be able to focues on his recovery rather than worry about how he can support himself financially day to day until he can work again

Obviously anything and everything raised will go straight to Seb to help him through this difficult period.
