We are a school gardening club at Chatham & Clarendon School, Ramsgate and we are looking to build and develop from scratch, a gardening and wildlife area to improve the biodiversity in the CT11 area and provide an outdoor working space for students to learn new skills. We have joined the RHS Campaign for School Gardening and are learning lots.

We have built four raised beds, and are building a Greenhouse out of recycled plastic bottles to raise awareness about plastic pollution.

But, we need some money to buy tools, a small shed and soil for our garden area. We hope to be growing, eating and selling fruit and veg by the end of the summer term. Our aim is to become self sufficient and donate to the local community but we need some help to get us going.
