I've raised £2500 to help raise funds for Campbellinas and support Neonatal Units.

CD Engineering Services Limited will be competing in the National 3 Peaks 24Hr Challenge to help raising funds for Campbellinas, who support Neonatal Units.
CDE's Commercial Manager, Connor Campbell, and his wife Amy had twin girls born on 10th July 2016.
Charlotte and Esme unexpectedly arrived thirteen weeks early at Leeds Children's Hospital. They soon became known as the “Campbellinas”.
They tackled many of the issues associated with premature births, including blood infections, lung infections, collapsed lungs, bowel inflammations, cysts on the brain, numerous blood transfusions and jaundice. Having received outstanding care from the neonatal team, they eventually graduated from the Intensive Care Ward to the High Dependency Ward and seemed to be making fantastic progress.
At seven weeks old Esme contracted another blood infection that travelled to her brain. Despite a course of antibiotics to kill the infection, she developed a swelling of the centre of her brain - Ventriculitus. Unfortunately, the swelling was severe and caused irreversible damage to the surrounding brain tissue. With the support and advice from medical professionals, Connor and Amy made the decision to stop her life support.
Charlotte left hospital at thirteen weeks old and is thriving.
In the wake of this journey, and in light of the tremendous care provided to Charlotte and Esme, The Campbells decided to set up a non-profit organisation, Campbellinas, to raise money to help purchase medical equipment; support mental health and wellbeing of the neonatal patient’s families; or help finance medical research for critically ill babies.
