Cedaroak is a charity run by volunteered trained counsellors to give support to ladies who have suffered baby loss, and finding it difficult to cope after miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death.

The counsellors time is completely volunteered and unpaid, but the time they have given to me so far has been priceless.

so, i would like to give them something back,

From the 1st of January right through to the 31st of January to raise as much as i can (Target of £500) i am going to do the impossible (or what seems to me),

I am going to be going Mobile phone free, this is including Facebook free, SMS free, Email free and Phone call free.

To those who know me, you'll understand how much of a challenge this is!

Please please please can everyone help me to raise my target, no matter how small the sponsor, your support will mean the world to me , to help me raise money for these amazing people who have made my suffering almost bearable and helped me have a better understanding to help me work through my grief.
