Weʼve raised £170 to Build an extension to my local church housing a fully accessible toilet and create a small modern kitchenette.

    Story

My local church does not have a loo and when I have a call of nature, that's a problem. I have become the organiser of an appeal to raise enough money to build an extension to house a fully accessible toilet. After Sunday service they like to offer refreshments but with only bottled water and a kettle it is time consuming. We can't even wash the cups up after use. With a water supply to the loo, we could also link a supply to the kitchenette. I feel the building needs modern facilities or people will not visit. Your money will help us to purchase new fixtures and fitting for the building. Join my project and help the building to survive in the 21st century.

Well my group have met the builders and although there have been a few donations my page will be closing on 2nd January. Thanks to everyone who has viewed the page and made a donation. I appreciate your giving and the money will be added to other fundraising monies. If all goes well my church may get this loo by the end of summer 2019. Eagerly anticipated. Xx

Following our funding applications, we were lucky to receive £20K towards our toilet project. Things are moving on a pace and we halve booked the builders for April 20129. We still need to raise £25K so will you consider a donation, however small to get me reach my target?

After a busy summer, we have raised over £73000 towards our goal. One decision is due this month on an application which if we are successful will give a massive boost to our fundraising efforts. It would be a great way to start 2019 with the funds available to start the build. With a new children’s corner created and regular meetings arranged, a loo is needed more than ever. Can you help by giving a donation however small to help us get the installation of an accessible toilet next year. Thank you
