Story

Almost 5 years ago I brought to this world the most beautiful baby boy,who loves to play, sing to himself and collect all kind of vehicles. Obsessed with space, his favorite nebulae is the hourglass nebulae (where the aliens live), his favorite planet is Mercury (because is the closest to the sun) , his Elf on the shelf is called Pluto (because is the smallest one),he wants to be an astronaut and go to the international space station... I'm sure he will colonise Mars. Jamie always had quirks like not liking his food hot or warm, becoming hysterical when it comes to cut or wash his hair, has a really bad time in busy places and has a very particular way of socialising with other children. Jamie is an incredible little man that made us proud and overjoy every day and he's in the middle of being diagnosed autistic. I cannot even express how grateful we are for the support given to us during this whole process by his school Longford Park Primary school from the headteacher, inclusion leader to his teachers and even the dinner lady (who Jamie loves!), they held our hand, and still do, every step of the way being so caring and understanding with Jamie (and with us), in today's environment when finances are always tight I have decided that the best way of saying thank you is to support them to be able to keep doing the amazing job they're doing. I will have blue hair from this first week of April (Autism Awareness Week) until I reach the money goal below to provide the school with much needed sensory equipment for all the children to use. Please donate whatever you can, every pound counts. Thank you so much!
