Story
St Peter's in Hamilton has been a long time supporter of the Hamilton Food Bank with weekly donations now averaging well over 150kg per week. Now with Christmas fast approaching once again Fr King will be asking people to donate, new and nearly new toys that can be given to the food bank users for their kids.
As collecting toys from guys on the internet isn't feasible I thought that we could once again try raising some money that will allow us to buy toys to donate to Hamilton Food Bank so they can distribute them to local families who are in need this Christmas.
After last year's amazing effort when we raised £1040 and I'd love to top that but I know times are tough so we'll go for £500 as a start.
Please remember that ANY donation, no matter how small, will be gratefully received and appreciated.
The appeal will close on Saturday 21st December.

4 years agoThat's us equalled last year's total of £1040 which is unbelievable and with a few days to go I'm sure we'll smash it. It makes me really proud to run a site that means so much to people - and thanks Albertz from rangersrumours too - that they'll step up to help others in such a HUGE way.
