É com grande pesar que confirmamos o falecimento do Ps Eder Rafael Luz em São Paulo dia 5 de Abril 2021 com a idade de 53 anos. Ele contraíu Covid 19 enquanto se recuperava de uma cirurgia no Brasil e depois de ser internado com altos e baixos não resistiu. Ele deixa esposa e dois filhos de 8 e 11 anos.

Ele foi pastor de quase todas as Igrejas Adventistas de fala portuguesa na Inglaterra e recentemente esteve no País de Gales. Seu ministério e grande coração fez a diferença na vida de centenas de pessoas que buscavam na Inglaterra um lar. Muito querido e amado, deixará muita saudades.

We were saddened to learn of the death of dear Ps Eder Rafael Luz on 5 April 2021, São Paulo, Brazil aged 53. He was diagnosed with Covid 19 while recovered from surgery in Brazil. After ups and downs, he was admitted to Intensive Care, but he succumbed to an infection. He left his wife and two young children aged 8 and 11. 

He was a pastor in almost all Adventist Portuguese Speaking Churches in England and most recently he was in Wales. His ministry and great heart made a difference to hundreds of people searching for a home in England. He was greatly beloved and he will be dearly missed.
