I've raised £200 to Diabetes 85 miles cycle 🚴

More than 194,000 people in Wales live with Diabetes!!
7.8% of adults with Hywel Dda Univeristy Health Board are living with Diabetes!!
On the 8th of June, I will be completing an 85 mile cycle ride along with my parents and some other brave souls to raise money and awareness of Diabetes!! We will also be completing this challenge at the beginning of Diabetes Awareness Week!
As many of you know, I am not a cyclist! This cycle ride will be a huge challenge for myself and my family, but, it will be worth all of the pain to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Diabetes!
The event will start in Padarn Surgery in Aberystwyth, over to Llanilar, Tregaron, Lampeter, Aberaeron, New Quay, Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn and to finish in Cardigan. Anyone wishing to participate during any part of the journey, please get in touch! There is also a family ride which will be running from Llanilar to Aberystwyth and back along the Ystwyth Trail!
I am unbelievably proud of Mam for arranging this mammoth event to raise as much money as possible to a cause that affects so many! Your support will be much appreciated and will most certainly encourage me to pedal faster and to get to the end! Luckily, there will be cake at the finish waiting for me 😊🚴♀️🚴♀️🍰
Thank you all for your generosity and your support!
