Help us raise money for a Defibrillator with the CFND Coaches’ Burpee Challenge!!

We’re raising money to buy a Defibrillator for CFND . This device can deliver a potentially life saving electric shock to someone in cardiac arrest.

The Defibrillator will be on the outside of our building, so it will also be available to anyone in the area who needs it.

To offer a bit on an incentive, we're offering you a chance to bully your coaches!! CFND coaches Estelle, Karen, Lottie, Matt and Steve will do 1 burpee for every £1 donated to our defibrillator cause. The question is, how many burpees do you want to see us do???

You can donate by popping a bit of cash in our collection pot in the gym or donating on this Just Giving Page. Any extra money raised will be donated to local charities (we'll confirm which ones soon).

You have until 24th October to spread the word and donate to this important cause!! The burpees will take place after Barbell Class (12:15pm) on Saturday the 24th October.
