I've raised £3000 to for Mental Health UK whilst improving CF colleagues physical and mental health

There are many ways to help improve your mental health; staying active, connecting with people around you and giving to others are just 3 of the steps stated by the NHS, all of which can be achieved by taking part in the Walking for MHUK challenge.
The Walking for MHUK challenge involves walking as many steps as possible from 1st Novemr until the 30th November, and has been created as an excellent way to help improve mental health whilst also raising awareness of the issues surrounding this subject and raising money for our charity of the year “Mental Health UK”.
We ask that colleagues sign up to the challenge as a group of 5. To sign up we only ask that you make a donation of £5 per team member and with this donation you will receive an LBG branded challenge pedometer! Please ensure you use your team name when donating.
Fear not! You will be rewarded for all of your hard work, as the winning team/individual will receive a mind blowing prize (TBA).
We will also be giving out a mystery prize to the team/ individual who sends in the best picture of them out walking with their pedometer (Hint: If you can make it to the top of a mountain this would surely impress our hard to please panel of judges). We will feature the best ones in our weekly update on Hive.
