This year, 2018, mental health problems have ruined my life, absolutely destroyed my life. I haven't been able to work the latter part of this year because of my chronic anxiety, depression, feeling low all the time.

Now, iv ruined Christmas for my family. I have £34 in the bank and just don't know where to turn. I'm asking friends and family to help me give my wife and two beautiful children the Christmas they deserve, not me... Them... Thank you in advance
