Disability support

Story

My son Charlie Stubbs, has a rare neuro degenerative condition called Ataxia-Telangiectasia. Charlie has always loved sport and this is what makes his world go round. He has found a sport that he loves to play, unfortunately due to the progressive nature of his disability, his current chair no longer meets his needs. There is a new chair available that can dampen down his tremors he has in his hands allowing him to feel equal to his peers. Charlie is going to be finishing college in July so being able to continue playing sport will be vital for him for social inclusion. When Charlie leaves college he is planning on visiting schools and colleges in our local area promoting the sport. He currently plays for Portsmouth Powerchair Football Club. He is a huge Liverpool supporter.
