Story
We have had the lido in Metheringham village since the 1970's, it was had dug out by parents so the children could learn to swim. With the help of volunteers and Metheringham parish council we have managed year on year to help keep it open from May to September. We have struggled to keep it updated but manage to do little changes and update when money allows us too.
We are looking to help re tile the pool as it has been repaired and we have a few sharpe edges now on the bottom of the pool as we are not a charity and run on a budget from the council and fund raising in the village by volunteers we are looking for help to keep this beautiful pool open for the school to use in June every year and for the parents who can not get out of the village in the summer holidays.
Please help keep this lido open as there are not many about now a days.

The 2011 census says that there were 3605 people living in the village. If we all gave £1, we would nearly be there, if we all gave £2 we'd smash it!! We are so lucky to have this fantastic facility
