Fuel poverty is a big problem in Wakefield. Although I'm not originally a Wakefield lass, this is my community now and I want to try to make a difference. Last year as part of a fundraising team I sang 25 songs during November to help raise money.

This year I plan to WRITE 25 short songs for local businesses during November. Businesses involved will be asked to make a minimum donation of £50, and if they'd later like the jingle producing professionally, we're asking for an additional donation of £200 (£100 of which will go to the fundraiser).

Local businesses - please get in touch as soon as you can for a 5 minute chat introducing your business to me so I can write your jingle.

Donations from anyone else would also be much appreciated. Please help us end fuel poverty in Wakefield.
