I've raised £1000 to Challenge Sam 2018! YOU tell ME what things I should do to raise funds for these two vital services.

*New* Keep up with how I'm getting on with videos of challenges, my preparation and video diaries here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYRSxedy0xqM838Yhbeh1qw/ - 'Subscribe' to get updates on my journey!
Throughout 2018 (until New Year's Eve), I'm trying something a little different to raise some vital funds for two charities very close to my heart; KIDS and MIND (more on the charities and where the money will go below).
I want to hand over the power to YOU to decide what you want ME to do for your donation!! I'm generally happy to give most things a go, big or small challenges! Just remember, if you set a challenge you do have to donate something to the cause!
I do want to use this as an excuse to push myself a little (and particuarly be a bit more active) so I'm open to suggestions, although I'm also pretty happy for some silly stuff too! Anything that puts me outside of my comfort zone. Feel free to email me with any challenges big or small to sameasonmusic@hotmail.co.uk or comment below. This may be a bad idea, but I'm also open to the idea of you donating and leaving a message without prior arrangement and I'll do my absolute best to fulfil all challenges!
Any donations that are made with a challenge I really don't feel is acheiveable, I will get back in touch to see if we can agree something as close as possible to the original challenge!
KIDS is the incredible charity I am lucky enough to work for which supports children and young people with disabilities and their families. MIND is a charity that I am also passionate about due to their invaluable work around mental health. As a sufferer of depression and anxiety, I know how essential it is to have well funded support services around mental health, particualrly for the more vulnerable members of our society.
The money raised will be split 50/50 between KIDS South West - to fund much needed resources and equipment for our local holiday playscheme and youth groups - and Bristol MIND to enable them to continue their local work in supporting those with mental health conditions.
