- Oxfordshire, Oxford, UK
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
In 2016 I suffered 3 strokes followed by a forth stroke at some point between the scans in Dec.2016 and August 2017.
These strokes had a major impact on my life and more can be read in my story here that I shared via different strokes charity https://differentstrokes.co.uk/stories/jo-c-cross/
Since then I use my rehab to try and raise awareness and funds for people that helped me from rehab hospital.to charities that supported me.
CHANCES was something I set up.i love my music and festivals and it was something I missed greatly so we decided to do a mini festival.theme fundraiser locally and it went well. But now want to continue and go bigger and public next year but I need to fundraise to cover the costs so we can make as much money as possible for these causes.
You can follow chances festival online Facebook and Instagram to view the pilot CHANCES photos and how it went.
We hope to see you in 2019
