Championing mental health is a personal passion, as is cold water swimming so I'm combining both to raise money for my children's school counselling service at Lady Margaret School in Fulham. I'm swimming the English Channel in a relay with my wonderful 5 team members from the Serpentine Swimming Club. We're the Serpentine Seals and we'd love your support!
