Our School - Where pupils really do come first

Its that time of the year again where we reach out to those around us for help in giving back what we can to Sperrinview Special School. Both our sons have attended over the last 5 plus years this amazing school has been in our lives, but mostly they have supported Declan in every imaginable way. Declan has a diagnosis of low functioning, non verbal Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay and a Severe learning difficulties amongst other things. His day is tough! The amazing love and care he and his fellow students gain through Sperrinview Special School, are invaluable. We want to support school so we can give him and the rest of the pupils there a chance to see the world. A rare treat for him as his needs mean we more often than not, cannot leave the house for family days out anymore.

His fellow pupils are in a similar crisis as all us carers (mummys, daddys, grannys, aunts uncles etc) are exhausted and only have one pair of hands to cope. Please help us to make these trips out possible by raising funds to go towards the budget set aside for this much needed treat. The school staff are amazing. kids get to see how to function safely outside the classroom, learn social skills and get some much needed fresh air which improves mental and physical health for us all!

if you can help, please do. Every penny counts. These AMAZING kids deserve all the chances we can offer them to grow in a safe and supported environment.

Thank you - Charlene, Hugh & Boys xx
