Story

After realising there was more to our human experience than working a 9 - 5 and paying bills, I sold all my belongings and bought a campervan for myself and Bandit, my pet ferret, to live a life of adventure in and drive from the Arctic Circle to Sicily.

We have undertaken many adventures together now for many charities, but this truly is the biggest and of course most inspiring adventure yet. We have had 100+ radio, TV and news paper interviews for our charity work, so of course this adventure is in aid of the charity Save Our Soldier, who mission is to work along side veteran and serving soldiers and our emergency services to providing critical support to those who need help.

Save Our Soldier is a small, personal charity that wishes to operate as such to keep each case as personal as possible, therefore they lack the funding that enormous charities achieve. £30 a day is the minimum required by Save Our Soldier to operate for 1 day. They have saved the lives of over 35+ individuals who have sometimes even been talked down from bridges in order to treat their struggling mental health, often derived from PTSI sustained during serving.

If you have enjoyed our adventure, please donate. It is an ancient cliche to say every penny helps, but really, every penny, nickle or note will go directly to saving a serviceman's life. I have set up a BT donations page but it couldn't be accessed from outside of the UK, and Just Giving seems to have a high calibre of service (with a small charge) so please - PLEASE - give generously. I've dedicated a large part of my life to helping charities so please help me with my continued success at making this world a better place than I found it in.
