Barvas Foodbank has been helping people on the west side of the Isle of Lewis since the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. We are a charity run by volunteers, and with the help and generous donations of the community, we have continued to discretly suport struggling families living between the Port of Ness and Dalbeg. With the cost of living set to rise, the Barvas Foodbank wants to keep caring for our community.

Charles Young from Fivepenny, Ness, plans to run the Half Marathon in the Great Scottish Run in October in aid of the Barvas Foodbank. Your suport to help him run all 13.1 miles would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
