My daughter Montana is 10yrs old, she was born at 28weeks and had a bad start to life and now need some more help.
Montana needs to be assessed by a autistic Dr. We have been told it will be another 2 yrs before we can see a NHS Dr. Montana has a severe learning delay and is 4 yrs behind her peers, she doesn't retain information and is getting more behind every day. Montana is due to start secondary school in 2017 but needs a specialist school to help her cope, but until we have a diagnosis, I'm being told there is nothing no one can do. Until I get some help I will be home schooling her to try and help her.
I'm pleading for help, help for Montana, she deserves all the help I can give her but I'm struggling. I worry that if I don't find a way to help her now, it will be another 2 yrs on top of her delay. I want her to get the help she deserves and I need her to see this doctor. So I am asking for help as her mum. Please any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
