I've raised £20000 to Raise as much money as possible for CCLG, an incredible charity who are constantly working hard to find cures to children's cancer

We are a family living in Dulwich and on July 5th 2019 we will be hosting a black tie ball to raise money for an incredible charity who has helped save our 4 year old daughters life. We are hoping to cover the costs of the evening through sponsorships from businesses but also kind donations from people who would like to support a fantastic charity. Jess is living proof how amazing they are.
Just over two years ago on December 5th 2016 we were given the devastating news that our little girl, Jess had cancer at just 2 years old. She was diagnosed with T-Cell Non-hodgkin Lymphoma - a rare form of cancer affecting only 80 children a year in the UK. Jess' life of nursery, ballet, playdates and everything two year olds love was quickly replaced with general anaesthetics, operations, chemotherapy, morphine, anti-sick drugs and many unpleasant procedures. The drugs she has received have been developed and created in labs by researchers working for an extremely clever charity called Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (Jess' lymphoma treatment is included in their work). They are an amazing organisation who bring together professionals who work in childhood cancers to do research, share expertise, create protocols for medicines and improve treatment. They have agreed to ring-fence the money raised to do research for Jess'; cancer, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
We can't believe Jess has made it through this gruelling treatment and last week rang the end of treatment bell at The Royal Marsden Hospital - a day we sometimes felt we'd never see. Please help us raise more funds, to help CCLG continue to increase the survival rate for these childhood cancers.
As a parent, you can never ever say thank you enough, or feel you can even begin to give back to these people who have saved your child's life. Please help us raise more money for important research to help more children ring the bell like Jess.
