Weʼve raised £12,268 to Help Mr Redman and his family out this Christmas after their house fire!
- Shetland, United Kingdom
- Funded on Tuesday, 17th April 2018
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Mr Redman is a hugely popular teacher in the school, as all pupils and ex AHS pupils will appreciate! Considering the family have just suffered an awful house fire, I think all those who can afford it should contribute a little to help out! http://www.shetnews.co.uk/news/15650-house-fire-in-lerwick-s-sandyloch-drive

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for all of the donations and for helping us reach our target! I've spoken with Mr Redman and he'd like me to pass on his thanks. He is truly grateful for the amazing donations and comments left by so many people. He says it's very humbling and is so appreciative of everyone trying to help them out. This started amongst school pupils but had grown so much bigger, which says a lot about people, particularly in Shetland! Thanks again so much for contributing, leaving a message, and pulling together!

Great idea Charlie. We’re friends of Barney’s parents and met him when we visited them a few years ago. Good to be able to help

TO God be the glory. The Almighty will open new doors for the family. For the LORD is GREAT, his mercy and grace will endure forever.
