As many you are aware, myself and my family over the last year have lost two very important people in our lives to mental health conditions. Every year, 1 in 4 people are affected by mental health.

On September 30th, I will be running the Robin Hood Half Marathon. This is going to be my biggest challenge ever and for those who know me well will know that I am not a natural runner.
