Talking to family and friends, it feels like many of us are sitting at home wondering how we can support those that are doing everything they can to help us right now...

Like many of you, our family is incredibly proud and inspired by the efforts of the NHS during this crisis. We are seeing this on a daily basis through our daughter/ sister/ mum, Katie Lucas, working was a midwife.

We soon realised that these teams are working long and hectic hours, grabbing food out of a vending machine (often on night shifts when canteens and restaurants are closed). We see this as an opportunity to help! By raising as much money as possible, we want to focus on midwives and obstetrics bringing new life into the world in these tough circumstances.

To do this, we are partnering with local businesses/ restaurants to deliver hot meals to midwifery wards with our team of volunteers.
