I've raised £200 to Action Against Child Poverty by running in the Great North Run

Organised by Charlie Tear
Action Against Child Poverty, run by Newcastle university alumni, brings students together to combat poverty in and around the North-east of England. This is done through the establishment of a bursary designed to aid local children from disadvantaged areas in attending Newcastle University.
With the establishment of such a bursary to help students attend the university, we aim to create lasting change in Newcastle. The positive impact which we have will last for the rest of someone’s life, giving them the tools to improve their quality of life dramatically through education and create real, lasting, change.
