I've committed to running 300km throughout November & December to raise much needed funds for three fantastic charities, Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre, Cancer Research UK and the RSPCA

2020 has been a difficult and challenging year for everyone, be that mentally, financially or socially. Charities are one of the industries that have suffered the most but have never stopped working, functioning or offering their support.

By combining the 300km challenge with a fundraising effort, it'll aim to raise a bit of money to help those who really make a difference, and it'll give me the motivation to continue when I may not want to.

Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre is a local charity that treats and supports people with a wide variety of health issues, including Multiple Sclerosis and other life-long neurological and physical ailments.
