Story

I am a support worker and I work for a company called Leading Lives. We help people with learning disablities live the life they choose from their own homes and from community hubs, such as the one I work in. In our hub, we have a custom built sensory room for those who like certain sounds and colours. Also in the sensory room, we have a light up floor. This was custom made for our clients who are in wheelchairs. The idea is that when the wheelchair is on it, the tiles that the chair is on will light up and flash depending on how they move. This very important piece of equipment is broken and we cannot go in with the wheelchairs so they're missing out. We have been quoted £4000 to fix it and we don't have that money to be able to fix it, so, we need your help. Any donations are welcome.
