Charlie has been select to take part in this life changing experience!!

In 2023 West Region Scouts is heading to one of the most beautiful countries in the world, not as tourists but as travellers.

This dream trip will be no holiday. Our plan is to work with local tradespeople on three vital projects:

• Building a classroom for primary age schoolchildren

• Building desks for the classroom

• Creating a play area for the children

Young people will be shown how to undertake basic building skills and all training will be provided under safe conditions. We are partnering with the Projects Abroad organisation who run trips like this across the globe all year round with youth and corporate groups.
