Hi, I started this Foundation in memory of Charlie the Worlds Oldest Cat, who died at the age of 29 and 9 months in May 2011.

As Charlie lived so long I decided to set up this charity to help take care of older animals when their owners no longer can, usually this is because the owners, themselves, have to go into either hospice or care homes and are unable to take their beloved pet or pets with them.

With the help of a few wonderful volunteers, nothing is ever turned away. We have animals of every shape and size, old and young, healthy and, well, some not so healthy, usually caused by age or living rough.
