Story

Our son was born on the 18th February 2022. A few days later he took a seizure and was rushed to Intensive care at Glasgow QEUH. DNA tests were completed which showed Charlie as having CHARGE Syndrome. He is visually Impaired in both eyes with Dual Colombomas. He is deaf in his right ear with limited hearing in his left. Has one kidney, a Hiatis Hernia and is currently on a 20 Hour Continous feed due to DUMP Syndrome. We started this page to help give Charlie the best quality of life as the mortality rate with this syndrome is 30% in the first years of life. All funds raised will go towards providing equipment and cares to make his life that little bit easier. Thank you for your support!
