On 17/03 on my way home i witnessed the most vile thing ever! This poor old man in a wheelchair was hurt from having to rotate the wheels on his wheelchair, but what was vile was that 3 teenagers then thought it would be funny to push him into the middle of the street. When i went over to help the man get off the road he was crying! The worst thing is Charlie is also DEAF!! So i'm trying to raise £1500 to buy him a electric wheelchair so he can get around without hurting himself , and people treating him like the way the teens did.

Please help with as little as you've got. Its for a good cause.
