    Story

Graham Charlton or “Charlie” as his friends call him. Aged 71 and is a retired Navy and commercial diver with a passion for the sea.

On July 2nd after saving for years he finally realised his dream for returning to the sea when on the maiden voyage the engine ”threw a rod”. A term for when a “con rod“ or connection rod (a part that holds the cylinder head and crank shaft together). Broke and went through the engine block.

Whilst the video below looks light hearted and fun we simply didnt realise the damage caused until We got her out of the water.

Charlie committed all of his saving to getting back to the sea and sadly he doesnt have anything left for the repair.. please help us get him back to the sea.
