I've raised £400 to If U Care Share and Shelter UK

I’m running the Great North Run 2019 and have a couple of charities that I would like to raise money for. The first charity is If U Care Share Foundation, as a local charity they work to prevent suicides and also work alongside bereaved families and friends of loved ones. A person dies from suicide every 90 minutes. This isn’t right, and the statistics shouldn’t be like this.
The second charity close to me is Shelter UK. Shelter UK work nationwide to improve housing and homelessness. In the North East alone, 2,273 people were classed as homeless, and 1,292 of those were sleeping in single homeless hostels (Nov 2018). Shelter can help with specialist housing advice, legal advice, supporting with forms and benefit claims and providing debt advice.
If you know me, you’ll know I actually hate running. With a passion. But the idea behind it is that if I can raise anything at all to help these two charities then the months of training and dedication is all worth it.
If you would like to support these charities then I would be utterly grateful, and thank you so much in advance.
