I'm running the Derby Half Marathon on 3rd June as a personal challenge, but also to try an help out an old friend.

I want try raise as much as possible for Laurie who has been diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia and Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH), which are two serious, life changing autoimmune conditions, meaning his bone marrow is not functioning.

After 8 months, he is no longer recieving any financial support and I can't imagine what it's like to be in his situation.
