We want to raise money for Leeds Teaching Hospitals to allow them to continue their support for children in hospital in Yorkshire. The charity provides vital care for children nationwide.

If we meet our target of £750, the children of Stanningley Primary School will receive their own bear to decorate and to display as part of the Leeds Teaching Hospital Bear Hunt which will be in the city centre in the summer.

Mr Harington is an experienced runner and he cycles or runs to and from schools most days. He has completed one official marathon and a few 'ultra' marathons. Gaz has completed 3 marathons and is a keen runner. He supports all the children at school in their own physical education and fitness. Mrs Hayward will be running her first ever marathon and is a little nervous at what she's signed up for!

Please give whatever you can to this wonderful charity. Your sponsorship will help to fund treatment and research into serious childhood illness. It will also ensure SPS is involved in the wonderful experience planned for the summer. We hope to meet the target and hope that many of the children will be able to visit the bear in the summer.
