I've raised £3000 to Support Chris with vets costs and bills while having time off work saying goodbye to his beautiful boy, Milo

I'm raising funds for Chris, a builder who is fighting to keep his home due to injury. He has a herniated spinal disc, a work related injury and is in constant , excruciating pain but can't afford to take time off work, as he will be unable to pay his rent and will become homeless.
He has already been forced to take time off with the injury and generated rent arrears which he and friends have managed to catch up, but his landlord will now evict him if he doesn't stay fully up to date. He's forced to continue to work through this, trying to manage the pain with medication but this is causing more damage to his spine and he is living in agony.
He's seen a specialist and there is a surgical option to repair his spine and enable him to return to work, but this will mean having a minimum 3 months rest to recover from the surgery.
To make things worse, he's had to say a final goodbye to his beautiful Rottweiler, Milo. This is heartbreaking, and the practical implication is associated vets bills.
This campaign aims to cover his living expenses, bills including rent to ensure he can proceed with the operation, recover and keep a roof over his head.
Treatment is expected to start early in the new year (in approximately one month) so the funds are needed as soon as possible so that he can commit to the surgery with security that he will not be made homeless during the recovery process.
He is the kindest man, and has spent his years helping and inspiring others. Now he needs help. All he wants to do is live and work without pain.
Thank you for any help you can manage, a successful appeal will be literally life changing for the most deserving guy!
