    Story

I am a 49 year old full time carer to my Autistic child and severely mentally ill husband. Most of my time I spend looking after them, but when I do get a few minutes I like to forget the stress, the worry and bury myself in my creative endeavours. Some time ago I was fortunate to be given a hobbiests' 3d printer. Nothing fancy but enough to print out the designs that I created myself. This was a great way of me taking my mind off things and giving me the much needed boost of seeing my creations come to real life. I don't have much money. Most of it goes on my family for their needs, so my printing was my thing and I hoped to even sell my items online in the hope of making a little cash to help with things. However, all that has stopped now that my printer has broken and is beyond repair. All my hopes of doing something for myself, of seeing my creativity realized have stopped. All the ideas I had and the satisfaction that, even if I could not sell them, I was doing something constructive, something that relieved the stress of my life, something that was mine, has now stopped. Because most of the limited income I have goes on supporting my daughter and husband, I have none left to replace this printer and it all has to stop. I no longer have an avenue for my creativity or a relief from the stress of caring for others. Therefore I am asking if someone could help fund a new 3d printer for me so that I can continue with what gives me a little relief and satisfaction in an otherwise difficult life.
