Hi, my name is Charlotte Morrison. I have been selected to trek to Everest Base Camp in October 2018, together with 11 fellow students. On our three week expedition, we will have time to treck, acclimatise and become immersed in the Nepalese culture and people as we dare to summit Kala Patthar(5545m) and reach Everest Basecamp and 5360m.

A large part of the expedition is the physical and mental preparation and the fundraising. In a bid to combine these requirements, I shall be aiming to summit Ben Nevis during a team training weekend from 09/09/2017 - 10/09/2017. During the hike, I shall be walking a section three legged with a team mate.
