Hi my names Charlotte. Here at Chatsworth Lodge, fundraising activities are being made a little difficult at the moment. Such as summer fairs and other activities as the covid-19 social distancing rules means family members can not come into the home. Meaning we are unable to continue our usual fundraising activities. So i am going to be running 3 miles per day for 1 week in hopes to raise money for our home. I will be dressing in a different fancy dress costume each day, so if you can spot me please feel free to take pictures to share and also mention Chatsworth lodge care home or my self (I will be running up and down chatsworth road at least once a day). Starting Monday 27th of April to Sunday 3rd of May. I will be tracking every run and posting updates of the run and the costume worn that day. Daily our staff are ensuring residents are getting the best care possible and more during these times. As well as our activities coordinator barbie and Linda keeing residents (And staff) entertained throughout the day. The staff here at Chatsworth Lodge work so extremley hard and are working more hours when needed to ensure the best 24h care is provided. The money will be put towards new activity equipment to continue fun in and around the home as well as 15% to the staff to thank all everyone here at Chatsworth Lodge. Thank you so much😊
