Story
I am preparing to go to Ikethelo in Kwa-Zulu Natal near Durban in S Africa where I will be the nurse in charge at a small hospital of about 40 beds.
I haven't nursed for many years but feel I have been called by God and so am going in faith. I am travelling with an international volunteer organisation called TWOWEEKS who have a strong Christian ethos. I have to say I'm absolutely terrified! But I do trust in God and even though I wonder how I will manage (as I have several significant health problems of my own ) I will hang on tight to my faith. If I receive more funds than I need I will give the excess to TWOWEEKS to continue the great work they are doing both in S Africa and Peru.

Im a long- retired nurse/support worker and I worship at the Methodist Church in Haverhill in Suffolk . I have 2 delightful adult children. Currently I volunteer at Citizens Advice and run a local church for adults with learning disabilities.Love my garden and all dogs !
