We are the Charnock Ridgeway U10s, a fantastic squad of 9 and 10-year-olds who absolutely live and breathe football! For our team, being part of this club is about so much more than just the weekend match—it’s where we learn teamwork, build lasting friendships, stay active, and make memories that will stay with us forever.

Grassroots football relies entirely on the incredible generosity of our community, but our players wanted to give something back while raising their funds.

On Saturday 22nd August 2026, the team will be rolling up their sleeves and taking part in a Sponsored Litter Pick! They’ll be heading out into the local area to clean up our community spaces, proving that they are absolute champions both on and off the pitch.

Running a grassroots team comes with a lot of hidden costs. To keep football accessible, fun, and safe for all of our players, we need to raise funds to help cover the essentials for the upcoming season.

Your kind donations will go directly toward:

⚽️Match-day Costs: Covering referee fees for our friendly games. Car parking Fee’s & 3G Pitch Hire.

👕 Essential Gear: Providing training kits and warm winter clothing like hats, gloves, and hand warmers for those freezing morning sessions.

🏅Tournaments & Events: Entering local tournaments and funding for our end-of-year team presentations and player gifts.
