Chaucer Infant and Nursery School is a wonderful school based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. We are an Eco School and we aim to make our local community and the world a better place to live.

We are raising funds to buy, install and maintain a defibrillator for our school and community.

Although we'd all like to think our children will never get seriously ill, it's always a possibility. Just like adults, kids can have problems with their bodily organs, whether caused my trauma or a congenital disorder. In some instances, a child may need a defibrillator, and we are working hard to raise funds to buy one for our school. This will be shared with the junior school and local community.
