Weʼve raised £848 to To donate towards 3 different charities whilst boycotting the Checkatrade Trophy

Funded on Friday, 15th September 2017

    Story

The Checkatrade Trophy is a competition that many football fans disagree with and has united us regardless of who we support. We want to uphold the values and history of traditional clubs in England & Wales, without this competition being used as a backdoor to B league proposals.

As a result we would like you to join us in a fans game between the Internet Mariners, representing Grimsby Town, and Donny A'rsonists, representing Doncaster Rovers. This is a great opportunity for us to raise awareness of our thoughts on this competition, whilst also generating money for three excellent charities. All money raised will be split between the 3 charities below:

    Grimsby Town Disabled Supporters Club

    Inspire TCI - http://www.supportinglocalchampions.co.uk/

Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice Doncaster - http://www.bluebellwood.org/

Tickets are available for free, but there will be a minimum donation of £5 for adults and £2 for concessions payable on the gate. To get tickets for the game, please visit https://internet-mariners.yapsody.com/

You can follow updates from both clubs on twitter by following @InternetMariner or @DonnyRsonists

Most importantly, lets show Shaun Harvey and Checkatrade that we mean business!

Something worthwhile to upstage a game in a competition created to give Div1 & 2 clubs a route to Wembley. I am a Rovers fan who while living down south watched Grimsby away games with a friend
