As most of you are aware my Dad, John Bohannan (Bo) recently passed away due to an unknown heart condition.

My Dad was such a selfless person and the biggest family man you could ever hope to meet! Words could never do my Dad justice to describe just how amazing he was. All the family are still in shock about his passing, and a day will never go by without all of us thinking about him!

In honour of Dad I am aiming to raise as much money as possible to help raise awareness of the importance of getting your heart checked out, and keeping your heart healthy! I would never wish this pain of another family!

I aim to take part in 14 different events over 14 months, each time raising money for different courses all related to helping prevent heart diseases!!
