Sara is a 37y old lady with 2 children. Connor is 15yrs old and Isabel is 5yrs old. Sara was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, she had her lymph nodes and partial breast removal in 2017. Sara was in remission November 2018. Just before Christmas last year Sara started experiencing numbness in the right side of her face and loss of feeling in her right arm. In February this year she had a mri scan and they found two tumors in her brain. A large one deep in her brain stem and another at the back of her brain. Sara was taken into hospital where she received radiation treatment on her brain and after a stay in st Margaret's hospice she was allowed to move to a residential care home in yeovil 9 weeks ago. While there Sara lost complete mobility on her right side and then she has a tia which resulted in her brain stem tumour bleeding out. Sara was admitted back into hospital a week ago and given another mri and has now been treated for end of life care. Sara is going back into st Margaret's hospice on monday for palliative care. We have set up this fund raising page to help pay for her funeral and give Sara the send off she deserves.
