I have recently joined a local club of mines which is down at Langloan Sports Centre called 'Bannan fitness' which is an amazing Boxercise training porgramme run by trainers and of course The Boss Pat Bannan. This club has bene going for years and is still only 50p for a child and £2.00 for an adult. 5 days a week from 6pm-9pm! Amazing class with a feel good atmopshere where you feel comfortable and not judged. Since joining the club ive never felt happier due to doing a lot more exercise and building friendships that i never thougnt idwould do whilst working out. Tough Runner 2017 is coming up so myself and another good few trainers / members of the club are taking part In it. It involves an obstacle course with running etc! Its an all day shot that is 8K long so myself and eveyone else have been training at least three times a week for 2hours at least so we can be ready for the challenge ahead! we are all doing it to raise money for a Charity called 'CHRIS' HOUSE' which helps indIviduals going through tough times in their life and need a hand to help them get back on track to a healthy lifestyle so anything that you would be kindly be able to donate would be appreiated so much!! Great day for a great cause! you can google the Chatity - everything is legit and if you aren't comfortable with online banking then you can please donate in cash and ill collect! No problem at all as i drive. Thank you very much 💖 Every little helps and theres always someone much more worse off than yourself and we all need a helping hand sometimes as thats life for you eh!
